The ENSIS Series uses AMADA’s proprietary fiber laser technology to process both thin and thick materials without a cutting lens change or manual setup. The 3kW fiber engine incorporates AMADA’s ENSIS Technology that optimizes the laser mode and Beam Parameter Product (BPP) based on the material thickness being processed. The ENSIS Series achieves high-speed cutting in thin material, a key capability of fiber technology, and the ability to process thick plate efficiently.
AMADA’s fiber laser boasts a very special feature, namely the ability to continuously adjust the beam to match the material thickness. As a result, the kerf grows slightly wider as the sheet thickness increases and the finished parts can therefore be removed without difficulty. The technical implementation of this function is based on the expertise bundled in the AMADA beam source which was developed in-house. Users benefit from long, unattended production runs, almost without any setup operations and optionally equipped with significant automation capabilities.

This hybrid press brake machine is perfect for projects that need the highest speed and precision, on every kind of thickness: it is equipped with a hydraulic compensation system, computerized bending angle detectors and thickness detection that allows to check the minimum variation while correcting the bend for a higher quality result.
Spadotto’s laser cutting department is equipped with a high-speed cutting machine model Bystar 4020 Bystronic, with laser power up to 4.4 kilowatts, created for a high production of pieces that allows the maximum variety of materials and thicknesses.
Unmatched productivity and low cutting costs allow a high order volume; different automation solutions optimize the load on the machine and increase the reliability of the process, from loading and unloading to classification and storage of waste material and finished cut pieces.
The range of machinery that we use for the realization of projects in the 4.0 supply chain is completed with the Gasparini PSG 200 press brake: a robust, precise and fast hydraulic bending press, able to guarantee the bending with maximum precision, while maintaining flexibility in processing and in equipment.
